1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to every order placed on this website (DonutNova). We sell in-game money, items, spawners and accounts for the Minecraft server DonutSMP.

2. Orders and prices

• The price that counts is the total shown at checkout. It is calculated by our server and charged in the currency you selected.
• By pressing Buy now you place an order that obliges you to pay. You are then taken to the payment page.
• An order is only paid once our payment provider confirms the payment to us.

3. Payment

Card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay are handled by Stripe; crypto payments by NOWPayments. The payment page belongs to the provider — we never see your card details.

4. Delivery

• Delivery happens in game, to the Minecraft name you enter at checkout. Money is paid with /pay; items are handed over by our bot when you request it on your order page. Accounts are shown on your order page once the payment is confirmed.
• Preorders are paid now and handed over by hand; you are kept posted on your order page.
• Please make sure your Minecraft name is correct. Tell us before delivery goes out and we fix it. Money that already went to a different player cannot be pulled back.

5. Your order is final once you pay

The moment your payment is confirmed, your order is final and delivery starts right away. You always get your in-game goods — but after payment you cannot cancel the order or ask for your money back. The only exception is a mistake on our side (see Refunds).

• From the moment your payment is confirmed, the goods you bought belong to you. Until you claim them, we keep them set aside for you.
• Goods that are ready for you to claim on your order page count as received — whether you claim them right away or later.

6. Refunds

• We only refund if something went wrong on our side and we have confirmed it — for example, we cannot deliver what you paid for.
• Mistakes on your side never lead to a refund — for example a wrong Minecraft name, not being online or not accepting the delivery, or changing your mind after paying.
